Afrihost Support desks are useless!!!

This is now day 10 of trying to do a SIM swap of a phone that has been ******. I have used their WhatsApp helpline, the physical phone call centre and the Walk-In Center in Sandton. One agent is more useless than the next. And each one tells you a different story of how to resolve the problem, but nobody can. Avoid these useless people if you can!!!
