Afrihost Support being less then helpful

After months of struggling with double NAT routing issues, we deal with *********** support engineers every time we log the issue hoping the next time would be different that request you to do the same troubleshooting "Turn it off and on again" maybe its time to get your senior support team to start concentrating on the issues you guys are having with your routing and getting some competent engineers on the desk that actually know how networks work and can think logically.

Your support on a high level sucks or is nonexistent as we have not been able to get hold of one senior engineer or an engineer capable of reading a tracert result which clearly indicates problems along the hops through the Afrihost routers
