Afrihost superiors - do you even know what is going on?

It is shocking that after my previous review re the poor service delivery from Afrihost that to this day my poor (very, very, very poor) experience with them does not even justify them picking up a telephone and contacting me to address my concern. But hey, that's Afrihost for you....

All they do is fill up my inbox with their excuses and that their SUPERIORS are addressing the issue. Really? For four months? Superiors - you all okay with conducting business in this manner?

No problem taking my money with no service for FOUR MONTHS.

Not even their complaints line acknowledges my complaint... SHOCKING !!!

Be very mindful of who you choose as a service provider. Incompetence seems to be the order of the day!
