Afrihost SUCKSSSSS!!!!!

Can someone please help Afrihost get control of their internet host company, Openserve? Because the people working there are only trained to logged tickets, take your money and be SUPER unhelpful. We have contacted Afrihost EVERY SINGLE DAY this week as we have been waiting more than 2 weeks just to get a line activation which they promised would have been done after 7 days, we are now at 14 and it’s getting more ridiculous by the second.
