Afrihost sucks when cancelling

When I sign up the people call you all the time to make sure you are happy with the product and service Now that I moving house and want to stop my contract, I talk and email on numerous occasions. They answer most emails with a promise to call back. Only one did call to asked for all the emails. Although I send the first mail to cancel on 26 March 2026, it seems that they did not receive that email. The one on 1April 2026 was received. My contract wich I thought would end at 1 May 2026 will only now end at 1 June 2026. Wich mean i have to pay for a month not using their service. Because I need LTE wifi now i give them the chance to come up with a new package. But it seems that they have to many clients and their fore cant or dont want to help me. So be very careful for signing up. They quickly to help,but when you want to stop, they ignore you to get another month or two out of you
