Afrihost SUCKS! Stay Away

Afrihost is the most unreliable Fibre Connector I have come across. In the last two weeks I have spent almost 6 hours via whatsapp chats to sort out connectivity problems. Today the cherry on top when I'm told they can't help me unless I plug the WAN into a computer so that they can log the fault. Where in their t&c's do they state every Afrihost user has to be equipped with a computer? Stay away from Afrihost!
