Afrihost Sucks

If I could I would give a negative star, that's how bad there service has been by my judgement and i work in the customer care industry. It took them a month to install the fibre and then the double debited my account and now that I asked for a cancellation I was told I'll need to cough up another R999 since I have not been with them for six months yet and the money back guarantee is not for fibre customers. Take my advice when it comes to Afrihost run in the opposite direction anyone else has to be better than them.
