Afrihost Sucks!

I recently moved away from Vodacom fibre as the service was terrible. I heard good things about Afrihost but also saw some bad things regarding service online. I ignored that and signed up with them online. From their whatsapp team to the support team over the phone and even the manager - I had the worst service ever. It is a week later and they still have not migrated my line. The support team promised to set things up so that my line would go live and when I speak to another I find out they have another problem. I have had less problems with Telkom! The manager at Afrihost was disgustingly rude and while many may be getting joy from this group I would never refer anyone to them after what I had to go through with them this last week.
