Afrihost Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cancelled my account without my consent!

They Cancelled my wifi without my consent and stated that they did not receive payment for July 2024. I sent Solomzi the POP and calmly responds to my urgent emails saying that is nothing he can do and just wait for the accounts departments as he has escalated accordingly. Do you know how its affected my life and my households. I work from home, my kids has assignments!!! We cant distract my smaller kids to keep busy with their cartoons because there is no wifi and yet their mother paid the wifi. I asked his to provide his team leader and Gian Visser email, he ignores my emails and send me the complaints email address. He has no empathy at all. No escalation point after receiving my POP. Its going for 3 days! They even cancelled my log in details to client zone. I want to be compensated for 2 days of no wifi and how it has disrupted our lives and then go ahead and keep it cancelled. You have lost a client. Solomzi could have retained me...........
