Afrihost sucks at Customer Care

These guys are the worst at customer care. They made me sign up with them for a fibre line, according to them it goes online there and then but mine didnt. Not a problem everyone has teething issues, come to getting in touch with them, its easier to baptise a cat!!! They dont respond to emails and they dont pickup phones..........save yourself drama link up with dedicated companies with experience in customer care!! not these gimmicks!!!
