Afrihost sucks

Okay, you already know that Afrihodst is a remarkably sh*t ISP but now I'm just getting annoyed so I'm going off over here to get their fu***ng attention. My fibre has been paid for this month already but I've had to suspend any hope of actually being able to use it because I can't ever get hold of Afrihost to sort it out....anyway, not only did they take three weeks (three weeks of me buying mobile data to be able to stay online for college and work purposes - yes, I'm a student) to simply deliver the router which I could have picked up from them in a flash, they have also taken their sweet time to help me get the line up and running. I am not sure what ese to do while my mobile data bill keeps hiking, and as Afrihost keeps robbing me for the internet they can't provide...

Anyway, I hope they see this so I can get a damn resolve. I'm never the one to complain but my mobile data bill has been over R2800 for the last month, I dead-ass wish Afrihost would reimburse me for the internet if I am not able to use it.
