Afrihost sucks.

Absolutely pathetic service. For the last 2 months I've been struggling with my WiFi. I call them then I have to reset my router. I'm doing this weekly. On top of this I sent my router in to see if it's faulty. They tell me they have sent me a new router yet the same router came back. I know because it's the same S/N at the back. So not only did they lie... my router was probably just sitting in the warehouse collecting dust. When we got the router back I plugged it in and still not working. Today I asked them if they send technicians out and they said no. What's the point of paying them if I'm doing all their work for them. Even when you email them because their WhatsApp is "offline" they only get back to you in 3-12 hours. It's absolutely ridiculous. Do not get afrihost as a provider. You will be disappointed.
