Afrihost suck

Early this month i had issues with my internet (after the debit order went off). i struggled a whole week to get the internet working as the pre-configured modem was not authenticating, finally after 7 long days my internet worked and oddly the app showed that i was using the internet. none the less a few agents confirmed that there was issues and that they will be submitting credit request today ( a week before the invoice is due) i'm now told i do not qualify for credits. Afrihost suck big time they are truly the next Telkom. always have to fight teeth and nails to get things done.
