Afrihost strike 1

I have never receive poor service like this from Afrihost I am in shock. Normally it's as simple as 123.walkin service excellent yet on the phone clear understanding not there. I spoke to Finance twice only for me to get put through to support for them to apologise as they see line is active when it's not. To get it right then Vuma calls me to book an appointment for them to confirm it's wrong and they will call again to book. I have made payment and still told account in arrears I got costs no one informed me about. Starting to feel like taking on airmobile is crippling to. It's Tuesday I still don't have WiFi and my Sim suspended cause someone made their own decisions. So irritated now I wonder if I will ever get that call to say installed.
