Afrihost stole money from me

I purchased a Telkom data top up 20gigs anytime and 20gigs nightime for R269, they immediately debited the money however its been two weeks now and they still haven't updated my night time data, they basically stole from me and doing absolutely nothing about it, despite me reporting this to several Whatsapp agents, that are of no help at all!!! disgusting and unprofessional is all I can say.
