Afrihost stinks big time

I am here outside of Cape Town and we can at most only get a 4 MB line ,i have a 2 MB line and it is more than enough for my needs (opening e-mail,downloading ,watching Netflix) but in the last 3 months i have been throttled endlessly (we don't throttle only shape bull shlep) and they"shape" me down to like 8 kbs at a time and normally in the morning to the afternoon and then in the evening from about 9 through to about 12 or open time but today has been a doozy right through the day even now i am being throttled (took me a half an hour to get here ,lucky i did'nt get timed out -i took the 150 GB package and i am sitting with hundreds of GIGS because i cannot use it because of throttling ,so beware ,for every good story there is a lot of bad ones ,cannot even go and look for another provider because of this throttling ,was thinking of going to the 4MB line but hey they might do the same thing again.
