Afrihost Steep Decline

Since I joined Afrihost in 2021, I have no issues with them or their customer support as it has always been way above par. The last few months with thsm have been horrible. When you log a ticket, it is immediately removed and marked as resolved without even consulting with you about the issue, which causes the issue to persist. After a ticket has been logged, you also never receive any feedback on the situation which is poor communication from a provider to customer. You are also recommended to use the Afrihost app for all intents and purposes with regards to you account, but when you switch from one plan to another, you are not given the full details about the plan as the app does not show it anywhere. Unfortunately, the last couple of months, Afrihost has been in a steep decline with regards to their provision of products as well as customer support. If this continues, then I will have to take my business elsewhere.
