Afrihost *****s your Money - STAY AWAY!

Okay, where to begin.... SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT USE AFRIHOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!##@@#

DO NOT USE AFRIHOST THEY CANT HANDLE THE SUPPORT LOAD ANYMORE!!!

Ordered our Fibre, first 2 weeks it was not working.

Contacted support, 1 month later - no answer

Contacted support 1.1 Months later - got it working for 2 days

Contacted support 1.2 months later - fibre still not wokring - cant give me an answer

Contacted support 1.3 months later - no feed back

Contacted support 2 months later - got it to work for 1 week.

Contacted support 2.1 months later - they start responding by calling me by other people names and asking to check my WIFI *COUGH WHAT *****S*

Contacted support 2.2 months later - I traced the problem with tracert and it was offsite. Told them - worked for 1 day

Contacted suport 2.3 months later - No reply

Contacted support 3 months later to cancel the service and yet no answer

WE PAID FOR 3 Months only had fibre for 1.2weeks in total...

DUE TO US CANCELING THEY NOW WANT R 2000 cancellation fee, and they dont want to compensate at all...

We are extremely frustrated and will never deal with Afrihost or Gian ever again.

We have successfully pulled our 18 customers away from afrihost and growing.

Get your act together, completely ***********. THE SA POST OFFICE RUNS BETTER THAN AFRIHOST..FYI
