Endless problems! Unjust billing 1st, I app**** for fiber on their website, selected Frogfoot. Then received an email stating they are not in my area. and to cancel my order, and go with Openserve Nothing strange, there, so I go ahead, and spend about hours on their whatsapp help line trying to cancel this. then I get a cancellation fee of R999 billed off my account for something I didn't even receive! This is ****************! Worst experience ever!

Still not happy about the whole situation, and the lack of urgency / customer service that was shown to me.
