AFRIHOST *****S MONEY!!! Falsely promising services that NEVER wor****

I guess I come to HelloPeter to make myself feel better..? Because the worst possible company in history will freeze over before they attempt to soothe a VALID customer complaint?! I have never seen more complaints for any other company as I have with Afrihost and they couldn't care less! They are quite happy promising customers services that they cannot provide, nor have an atom of shame debiting the accounts of the hundreds or unhappy clients every month. Always wanting us to rate their PATHETIC service, and purchase MORE PRODUCTS and services but doing absolutely NOTHING to fix the concerns of their long term clients? I literally never have a fluid connection. Literally NEVER. I've upgraded and upgraded to higher packages and faster connection promises to no avail! I have addressed these concerns Countless times, again to no avail! The amount of restraint practiced to write this without cussing and cursing... I feel like I'm going to have a ....... seizure! What am I to do??
