Afrihost *****s and are dishonest in the way they conduct business. Be very aware when considering them.

What a terrible company...In July I received a threatening email from them to advise me that they were going to terminate all my services due to the fact that my payments are always late. I did have numerous conversations with their accounts department explaining why this was the case. But it was always paid nonetheless. In this threatening email they said the only way to avoid this complete termination is to provide them with my credit card details which I did. They then took the 1st payment at the start of August, I was therefore under the impression that everything was now fine they are happy because if they were not they would have expired me on the 30th of July. Today is the 31st of August and I find out they have terminated my services even though I paid for today. I try and contact them... no one there to explain to me. Not even their so called Whatsapp help line can or will assist me even though they can see the services are paid for. This is not just bad service its also theft and and not informing me of their intent to terminate my account is
