Afrihost *****inng my money

I cancelled my "Afrihost+" subscription more than a year ago only to find out that Afrihost have been subtracting R70 for Simfy Africa. Now I ask for a refund only to be told that they can only re-imburse me for the last four months. Simfy did not work on any of my devices. I also cannot cancel it from the client portal. Numerous calls were logged in this regard. I have been with Afrihost for six years. I am severely disappointed.
