Afrihost *****ing from their Customers

I started with their Fixed LTE product in January, and has given issues from day one, sure there was that whole story about the cables. but now i cannot get a bove 1mb upload or download speeds. when i contact support(if they answer) they apologize reset something and the result stays the same then they need to log it with someone, and no one gets back to me, since yesterday afternoon, i have sent many support queries of which none have been answered, phone line says unavailable, whatsapp support is offline and their online support is not replying. I have never received such bad service from anyone. I am paying a monthly fee for nothing. Want my money back as Afrihost is essentially *****ing from their customers.
