Afrihost stay away as service is shocking

I would give a minus 10 stars. I have been struggling with the fibre line. I have logged calls and all they say is the line is fine now. These outages have cost me money and time. At times the outage would be as little as 20min to hours. The same response we have reset your line. They had the fibre tech and they found no issue with the line. I stopped logging tickets as it’s a waste of time which I can’t claim from Afrihost or my employer as I was not productive. Time to move
