AFRIHOST Stay AWAY!

There can be no rating for Afrihost. It amazes me how if you get to talk to a consultant/assistant either via whatsapp or phone, how they do their vary best to help you and within their confines, they do.

And then Gian sends an sms asking you to rate the service and you can't fault it.

Problem is not the staff, it HIM and his policies which I submit, border on ********, if not, then certainly the ethics are most certainly wanting to say the vary least.

I orderd an MTN sim card only, this is a couple of years back, and received it. Great!

Only one problem it didn't work! Technical guys bent over backwards only to discover it wasn't compatible with the router, the router I got from Afrihost!

That's ok but Get the bill for data I can't use! So I say you refund or credit my account!

NowThere's a word that Afrihost does not know anything about and you can bet they have a special dictionary whre that word does not appear.

I email Gian, CEO and tell him he needs to get his companies ethics right. What does he do? He blocks my account!

No sweat, I go to Cell C get a sim put it in the same router and I'm happy.

A member of my staff gets an MTN sim towards the end of June. I warn her!

During the month of July she changes banck accounts and omits to change the details on Afrihost client zone. In order to stay in good standing she eft's the payment before the debit order goes off but Afrihost submit the debit order anyhow only to find the account was closed.

Afrihost were emailed informing them butthose emails only get answered well, i guess when someone wakes up i don't know but there's no urgency that's for sure

Guess what happens! Afrihost closes her account in spite of the fact that they have her money in their bank account!

Oh! Afrihost doesn't accept eft's. GIAN THE WHOLE WORLD DOES SO WHO GIVES YOU THE RIGHT NOT TO. It's common banking practice

Do you think my staf member is going to get a refund? No way! They've already said she used some of the date. YES! It's her's she paid for it! You have her money!

Afrihost mus not be allowed to continue with this practice
