Afrihost staff not competent to understand problems

Staff dont understand the problem consumers experience with Afrihost. Bought data and data was not allocated. I had to top up 3 times. Only at a later stage data was allocated. I bought in essence 30 gig of data at the cost of 60 gig. Asked Afrihost to reverse the data or allocated 60 gig. The only answe is-sorry. Poor poor service from Afrihost
