Afrihost speeds

I have a 100MB fibre line with afrihost that was installed by open serve. After numerous calls with the call centre complaining that the speeds I get is extremely slow, they still can't fix the problem. I have asked them to replace my router or send openserve to test the fibre line with no luck. Tonight my download speed was 0.27MB/s and upload 0.14 MB/s.
