Afrihost speed woes

I have been contacting Afrihost for over 2 weeks now, asking them to get a technician to my house because my download speed is bad, I pay for a 100mbps download line but when I do mobile speed test it is less then 30mbps every time. All they have to do is log a ticket for Frogfoot to send a technician but Afrihost keep telling me I must connect router to a laptop and test speed, the more I tell them that I do not have a laptop to do this the more they tell me to do this. I am fed up with them, they can also test it from their side but they do not do it. All I want is a technician to come to my house, why must it be such an issue
