Afrihost- Sore Losers

I suggest they may be the worst of all ISP's. After eventually getting tired of their lack of performance and service - the worst internet service I ever experienced, I terminated my service with them on 25 May, and promptly got a mail from a person ensuring that my service and adsl line will be terminated on 30 June. The I get a debit order - unauthorised - against my bank account, which i had to manually reverse as it was none other than attempted theft in my opinion. Then as a return favour, they suddenly develop a new policy and refuse to release my adsl line and insist on a month's notice, after written confirmation that it will be terminated on 30 June further to my notice given on 25 June, suddenly they know not of the notice on 25 June. heck, can nobody there read?<br> <br> Now they hog the line out of spite, terminated my adsl service despite their own undertaking and would not allow my new provider to take it over. It seems the attempted theft failed, now they try ******ion to get money from me. <br> <br> They do not even show integrity to respond to being named and shamed on public forums.<br> <br> So, this is a caution to others out there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
