Afrihost- Slow line, fast suspension

I am paying for a 50mbps uncapped fibre line but I have never had 50mbps for longer than 10 minutes after logging a query. So if my payment is as slow as their line speed, they are exeptionally fast to send notices of suspension, and suspending of the line. I pay for a full service every month, but only receive half. Now the line has been suspended however I am not compensated for the service that I do not recieve.
