AFRIHOST SLAVE WAGES AND USELESS SERVICE

You can never get through to Afrihost, they can never answer you calls and tell you to go to whatsapp. I have held onto whatsapp for over 35 minutes and the lady does not come back to me. Everytime you call reception does not answer but you are put through to sales. This has happened on more than 1 occassion. The call centre always use the same answers and do not look into the problem. If they do not know the answer from their standard answer sheet they do not come back to you. WHY ARE YOU NOT TRAINING YOUR STAFF? SO you pay your call centre staff a pittance and then dont train them and expect your clients to be happy.
