They are ***** they turned off my wifi as I was making manual payments on there app instead of debit order as I changed banks so they turn off my wifi I couldn't work for more then a week after speaking to a agent telling me to set up debit agen and that I should pay 450 I did it doing immediate payment after all this waiting days still not turning on my wifi to tell me I had to pay vuma this is now another afrihost agent I was forced to do it so I could work me and my husband vuma put my wifi on within a hour now its a battle getting my money back from afrihost going back and forth with calls messages twiiter chats watsap asking my husband for bank details to refund him sent it on the 12th April no payment refunded yet I message them today they tell me that they took it to settle the account are you kidding me to settle my account from what is was never in arrears do not pay afrihost rather pay vuma afrihost rob us people in the poor communities
