WOW, SISANDA from Afrihost you rock, I had the worst day ever with over half the day down time, called in twice before and the best advise I got was they will escalate, however Sisanda had went over and above her normal duty to help me, she found reason that the problem was the router, she even helped direct me over the phone on how to log into the router web and update the password, etc - even helped transfer my account to the main account, and smiled throughout the processes, you rock - we need more people like you...
