Afrihost sh*tty relocation

In an age of working from home and staying connected, I am informed by Afrihost that I can only relocate my package(which is still in the same complex, mind you) after a MONTH. The quickest solution is to have me cancel my current package and re-sign up again so I can be billed twice for the same month. Seriously? the quickest solution is to bill people twice? in such economic times?, What K*K is this Afrihost?
