Afrihost Should we keep moving between service providers to get services

From being the best in all their services Afrihost managed to become the non-service provider. And I'm not the only one seeing that. It's not rocket science to provide the services you offer. Yet here I am waiting since 23 March 2020 for accurate feedback from your agents for the replacement of my badly installed fibre line. Today (3 Apr 2020) I find out that the third party feels that I should pay for the replacement. After agreeing that I will pay for the replacement a failure to send a quote to allow me to make payment results into the services not being booked.
