AFRIHOST SHOULD CLOSE DOWN

Afrihost.

These guys are frustrating.they have no service excellence what do ever.endless problems but they really don't know how to resolve an issue..I took out a Telkom LTE wireless SIM in May 2021...I had endless problems.

Connectivity issues OMG you can never believe. U can't even send a WhatsApp message cause. Can even watch a Facebook video.

I called in they say some one will call back...and this was on going until last week.

Then they say I should switch over to MTN PURE LTE. They did credit me back for 3 months...

So I received my PURE LTE SIM yesterday activated the only to find out no internet access I WhatsApp in and still no solution to the problem ...this morning they say my line is suspended due to non payment without any notice of payment was suspended... So I called in after payment came right ...internet worked for 2 hours on on a 4g LTE DEVICE WITH CAT-6 Which they required...

Then I recieved an email stating that my sim card is blocked due to me not using a device that supports that SIM....these guys should just close they doors because.

1 - they technical department does not help resolve issues always escalating issues.

2 - lack of communication between departments and managers and supervisors.

3 - customer service sucks to the core.

4 - u get no help or satisfaction from the WhatsApp agents most of which work from home can hear kids in the background and they tell u hold on and respond to u after minutes only God knows what they doing.

5 - no service excellence what so ever. 6 - MAJOR CONCERN- Debiting on the wrong dates , on numerous occasions , and they quick to suspend the line and still charge u admin fee..but who's gonna pay for the admin fee at consumers bank accounts if they debit on wrong dates.

ENDLESS ISSUES WITH THESE GUYS IF YOU EVER TRY TO GET SOMETHING FOR INTERNET NOT AFRIHOST THESE GUYS REALLY SUCK AT THEY JOB.

MY ADVICE LOOK ELSE WHERE.

I EVEN HAVE SCREEN SHOTS AND PROOF .

NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE . AND I WONT RECOMMEND ANY 1 TO THIS COMPANY.

SO PLEASE DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY....I HAVE HAD ENDLESS PROBLEMS..

Spoke to a supervisor in the technical department his name is nokwonder they guy says I'm not human .... couldn't not understand a frustrated client as a supervisor and cuts the call no help from him ..if I'm not human and we as consumers not feeding the business how is he getting paid...

So guys this is AFRIHOST.
