Afrihost- shockingly terrible service

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for Openserve to install my fibre box. Afrihost is my chosen provider and are the ones who are meant to be chasing up and providing feedback. My business cannot function without internet and no matter how many times I have called Afrihost or emailed managers, I still have no date for installation. 2 managers who I have mailed, have not even had the courtesy to respond to my mails. In addition 9/10 of the support staff have not called back when they promised. As a first time customer, I am appalled at this service. Afrihost are so quick to debit from your account, which they have done weeks ago, but shockingly slow and disinterested to make sure that you are up and running. Disgusting service. I absolutely regret having made the decision to choose Afrihost. Openserve, another terrible provider, sadly was not my choice as this is the historical provider to my home.
