Afrihost Shocking Service

I have had an absolute nightmare with Afrihost for years. I pay R1197 for 200Mbps/200Mbps Octotel Fibre I do not even get close to this I have done numerous tests and I run on 80Mbps or 100Mbps and this IS NOT WHAT I PAY FOR. I need internet for my work so luckily I have a connection but I chose this package for a reason they very fast to take our money but do not know how to resolve an issue.

I have had an issue with my internet for a total of 8 days I refuse to pay and I demand a reimbur*****t. My job is an hourly job so I get paid hourly now with no internet I lost out on 8 full days of work but now they expect to take my money. NOT A CHANCE!!!!

All I can say is do not use Afrihost I am researching and going to cancel and go with RSAWeb instead since there package is much cheaper and I have heard good reviews with no interuption on the line.

Afrihost if a customer has an ongoing issue why raise a ticket get someone sent out immediately you just make the situation worse.

They email stating they ''upgrading your fibre'' you will pay the same but get increased speed - now this is the biggest joke I have heard. So I pay for 200 up and down so that means I got to 400 up and down at the moment I am running 83.12 download and 135.09 upload how disgusting is this talk about false advertising.

Look forward to hearing from your accounts department and I will not rest until I am reimbursed.
