Afrihost shocking service

I used to love Afrihost, and recommended them to everyone. They were by far the best ISP in SA - excellent offerings, excellent, friendly service, you felt a human connection. Now, their service is absolutely shocking. They are currently double-billing me and **** about the upload speeds when I signed up. I raised the issue with Afrihost 3 weeks ago and they still haven't resolved it.
