Afrihost shocking service

This company should not even get a rating that is how poor the service of this company is . Our internet has been off going on 5 days now, 400 mins later on my cell phone , spoken to numerous call Centre agents , team leaders and now awaiting a call from a Mark Maritz . All through no fault of our own the internet just switched off , nobody can tell me why ??!
