Afrihost shocking service

Afrihost must be the worst company i have ever dealt with, they have no idea and don't give a sh%t about their customer.I order a fibre line 2 months ago, they not phoned me once and everytime i phone , they don't know when they will install and setup my fibre.I ask the lady , she just does not care and has no idea when they will be installing.
