Afrihost shocking service!

Shocking service!!

I canceled my fiber order with Afrihost via their client zone months ago as they could not provide the service in my area and expected me to wait 6 months for Octotel to go live in my area. They even collected the “free” router they supp**** as the order was canceled. Now 8 months later I get a call from Octotel to install my line which I told them I canceled and said they would inform Afrihost who should’ve canceled this when I canceled. After countless emails queuing this they still debited my account and this has still not been resolved!

Not a happy customer :(
