Afrihost Shocking Customer service

This is the 2nd time I have ordered a LTE option with Afrihost and just like the first time the customer service is terrible!!! There Clientzone and tracking of your order does NOT work and never updates. You can't get through to anybody and there is always excuses. Marketing is brilliant....Customer Service shocking!
