Afrihost shocking admin and follow through

Afrihost offers apalling service.

For some reason, within Afrihost, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. There is a disjuncture between the installation teams who are responsible for configuration within my home and the team tasked with the external connection at the fibre box. While the internal set-up is complete,it has not been connected to anything outside my home. The team assured me that the next stage of installation would occur timeously, but two weeks have passed and there has been no progress. After dealing with five different people, who needed to be introduced to the problem from the start, and being assured the problem would be sorted yesterday, still no internet.
