Afrihost SHAME ON YOU

Have logged same issue so many times over 3 months... have 10 mds down and ten mds up fiber package. Not once have i hit over 3mbs download het upload hits 10... They dont send technicians to fix problems... agents say they will call back but they do not .....WORST EVER.... STAY AWAY... we are not getting the service we are paying for...Tellom lte we also have is so much faster than Afrihost fiber and that says alot
