Afrihost service terrible!! Just stay away or go somewhere else.

Been a client of Afrihost for 6 years+ - ordered the Rain Network LTE-A package on the 4th of October 2017. Still waiting - my colleague received his already.

Tried Afrihost Live chat - unavailable for two days now. I e-mailed support twice - nothing for 48 hours +. I have tried the 'call me back' feature in the control panel - not working. Used the ticketing system - no response on high priority

So tired of bad service and leaving loyal customers in the dust. At this stage even Telkom service is better and to think I switched to Afrihost because of bad Telkom service back then. :-)
