AFRIHOST SERVICE SUCKS!!

BAD BAD...........SERVICE ......Keen to help - but don't know what they are doing - on service calls! problems with Fibre.... Been having a issue now for 30 days going, logged numerous tickets no problems were resolved, calling them their call centre.....what a joke!! 2hours holding on ........that's no joke, then they have a untrained representative trying to help you - just going through all the normal procedures which is all logic - Then if you ask and insist on a technical supervisor - then the real wait starts!!! bottom line is you don't get hold of him!!SO HOW CAN YOU OPERATE A INTERNET HOSTING SERVICE WITH NO SUPPORT!

Well I am changing to another service provider - they are pathetic!! So please don't WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I have even mailed the CEO Gian on numerous times -- guess what ... no response only normal automated responce!
