Afrihost service STINKS

Whenever there is a problem and you chat to Afrihost technicians, you get treated like an idiot. When I complain that I have a problem, I HAVE A PROBLEM. Witch off your router for 10 minutes, after you swith on your router, you are kicked out and you have to explain from scratch You NEVER get feedback after the problem is resolved
