Afrihost service non-existant

I have been using Afrihost for more than 10 years…

I recently required a fibre line with Afrihost as service provider. And it has only been problems since day one…. I have never in my life had such a bad experience as what im currently experiencing. There is an issue with the fibre line and frogfoot.

I contact Afrihost every single day and everyday is the same: i have to wait 24hours. I call, i whatsapp, i ask for a supervisor; who will supposedly phone me back, but never happens.

No communication from their side No explanation No feedback No call-back No accountability

Just the frustrated client being powerless.
