Afrihost service manager a shocker

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The call center manager, Kuvashni, refused to talk to me and made her subordinate tell me that she could not do anything to help, and she went for lunch. ***ard! All while i have not received the service that i have been promised by 3 of the assistants over the past week. So disappointing and will cancel after this experience. Telkom was even better than this!
